Equiti AM is looking for a Forex Brokerage Specialist (Native Russian Speaker would be a plus). RESPONSIBILITIES

- Extract data and perform an analysis on activities of the brokerage business;

Management of the London platform for the Equiti Group with implementation of the Groups’ business vision and business model in the UK.

Takes responsibility for business development in the UK and using the UK hub to open up & penetrate the European markets.

REQUIREMENTS

Extensive experience in UI design, ideally for both Desktop Web applications and Mobile apps (tablets and phones) 

At least 2 years of experience in the same field 

Proved track record of creating user centered designs such as Websites, Mobile applications and Web applications 

Experience in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Products, preferably Photoshop and Illustrator 

Solid understanding of color theory, web typography, and user psychology 

An online portfolio with an outstanding body of work that demonstrates experience in designing usable web-based interfaces

ABOUT THIS JOB

The CRM and Database Specialist will be working out of our Armenia office and manage all aspects of Sugar CRM from a marketing perspective, from campaign creation to tracking and reporting. You will be enabling the front-end teams with the right campaign tracking mechanisms/codes etc and working with the back-end teams to ensure CRM structuring for effective tracking. As such, you will need to have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently within a team.

The candidate will be planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty. You will be responsible for the Customer Journey Mapping - analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, and you will be at the forefront of this and make a big contribution towards campaign success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participation in CRM Change Management Process to ensure best practice. 

Support the CRM Manager in effort to define and document functional CRM requirements 

Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities. 

Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email. 

Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products 

Support in the planning, reviewing and customizing the CRM application as needed to meet needs of the users. 

Coordination of the roll-out of prioritized CRM initiatives / projects to end users, training users on CRM applications, and providing ongoing support to CRM users

REQUIREMENTS

4years experience encompassing the ability to define and re-design CRM processes and the ability to translate business requirements into CRM configuration requirements 

Experience with SugarCRM is a huge advantage  

Experience with large, complex deployments 

Experience with data migrations  

Experience with best practice CRM business processes in sales, marketing, and customer service functions 

Experience with creating reports, dashboards, users, etc. to help best facilitate a successful trial and purchase 

Process improvement experience 

Exposure to formal Project Management process 

Excellent communications skills 

Impeccable documentation skills
